Qaleawadi

በሳን ሆዜ ከተማ የደብረ ሰላም ቅዱስ ሚካኤል ቤተ ክርስቲያን የሚተዳደረው የኢትዮጵያ ኦርቶዶክስ ተዋሕዶ ቤተ ክርስቲያን በምትመራበት ቋሚ ሕግ በ "ቃለ ዓዋዲ" ነው። ይህ ሕግ በቤተ ክርስቲያን ውስጥ የካህናትንና የምዕመናንን ድርሻ ለይቶ የሚያሳውቅ በመሆኑ በቤተ ክርስቲያንን ሥርዓተ አበውን ለማስከበርና ሰላምንና አንድነትን ለማስጠበቅ አማራጭ የሌለው ብቸኛ መንገድ ነው። ሙሉውን ቃለ አዋዲ እዚህ ይመልከቱ፤

Debre Selam St. Michael Ethiopian Orthodox Church is governed by the universal law of the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church know as "Qaleawadi." This was amended by the general assembly to maintain the Orthodox Tradition and sustain peace in the Church, for Qaleawadi contains clear and demonstrative boundaries between ordained clergymen and laities.  The Amharic version of the law is attached above.
